Shipping Policy
After payment has cleared in our account your watch can either be shipped to you or collected from our Hatton Garden office, the choice is yours.
Please note that any order that is paid for by Novuna PayByFinance must be shipped by courier, and cannot be collected in person.
Finance cannot be offered to buyers outside of the UK.
Certain countries are available for international delivery is available, however this will incur separate charges and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, you will be liable for any taxes, duties or import charges that your country may impose.
Hence, we urge customers to contact the officials at their local customs office for an estimate before they place an order. We must declare the full value a customer paid for the watch on the shipment.
